The registration fees to attend the 21st Annual Healthcare Internet Conference are outlined below. Your paid registration includes automatic access to Rewind, the audio-recordings of the HCIC concurrent and keynote sessions synced with their PowerPoint decks. Rewind is available post-conference, typically arriving in mid-to-late December.
* The conference sponsors guarantee a refund, less the listed cancellation/administrative fee listed above, if written notification is received on or before August 23, 2017. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. Cancellations received after August 23, 2017 are not eligible for refund. You may, however, always send a substitute.

Just note your plan to attend as you complete the registration form and remember, the event starts at 6:00 pm on Sunday, October 22.

The conference sponsors are committed to excellence in educational programming. If you are not satisfied with the conference, you may return your conference materials while onsite and we will refund your registration minus a $150 administrative fee.
Confirmation of Registration:
All registrations will be confirmed within ten business days of receipt of the registration form and payment. If you do not receive a confirmation, please call (866) 440-9080, ext. 23. Please do not mail or fax forms without payment.
