*The Virtual conference will be approximately 8 hours of unique content and an extension of HCIC – not a replay of the November events or a livestream of the onsite activities.
Group registrations (3 or more) are available for providers. Also, if your organization is interested in registering all or most of your marketing and digital teams, or any type of large group, we are willing to work with you to customize a package that meets your educational goals at a reasonable cost. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss discount opportunities.
All registrations for attendees from the same organization seeking discounts must be submitted together.
You may cancel your registration and attendance by notifying us via email at email@example.com
at least 60 days before the first day of any in-person event. Your registration fee will be refunded less a $325 processing fee. There are no cancellations within 60 days of the first day of the Event.
Online/Virtual Events: No refunds will be issued for Online/Virtual Events. You may transfer your registration to another person in your company or organization at any time by notifying Greystone at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the Online/Virtual Event is available on-demand after it premieres, and most are, you will have access to it also while the virtual platform is live. Reselling registrations is not permitted.
No refunds will be issued for events that are cancelled or postponed because of a riot, strike, civil disorder, act of war, act of God, pandemic or any other cause of any kind whatsoever not within Greystone’s reasonable control. Your registration fees will be applied to either a rescheduled event, a replacement virtual event or a future event. If Greystone cancels or moves the location of the event, without cause as defined above, Greystone will, at Attendee’s preference, either: a) reimburse Attendee the full amount for monies paid to date within 60 days of cancellation, or b) allow Attendee to apply the monies paid to a future event.
If an Event is rescheduled, an Attendee’s fees will be applied to the rescheduled Event.
You may transfer your registration to an In-Person or Online Event to another person in your company at any time by notifying the Conference Organizers (“Greystone”) at email@example.com
in advance of the start of the Event. Reselling registrations is not permitted.
