Creating Digital Empathy: The Synergy Between Technology, Innovation and Emotional Connection

Today, every business must be in the “trust” business. Layers of complexity and innovation have amplified the importance and value of storytelling and relatability. Even though the world has become much more digitally-connected, many business practices haven’t changed that much. Which means: marketers must shift their mindsets – focusing how digital innovation will replace some of what is done offline and how digital innovation can be used to create digital empathy. In this keynote, Brian will walk through strategies and innovations that are being used today (and in the future) to convey raw emotion and immersive storytelling. Attendees will:
