Standard Audiovisual Equipment
Each presentation room will have a screen, podium, LCD, Internet access, remote clicker and one wireless microphone (for each speaker). If you will need additional or different equipment, please indicate below. All additional requests must be approved by the conference sponsor.
NOTE: A laptop will be provided in your session room, and will be pre-loaded with the presentation you submit to us. If you update your presentation after sending it to us, please bring the updated version on a flash drive.
