How AI is Helping Marketing Teams: CMO Perspective

More findings from the survey included:

  • Top budget priorities for generative AI use cases were:
    • content creation
    • social media engagement
    • ad copywriting
  • Decision making from customer data analysis is enhanced with AI. AI helps with understanding what is and isn’t working with the sales process.
  • AI enables teams to do more with fewer resources. Back-end tasks such as data management and understanding customer sentiment can easily be streamlined with AI, which frees up team members for other work that requires more in-depth attention.
  • Customer-centric strategies can be improved with AI-powered tools such as:
    • Chatbots to enable customer self-service
    • Automatic routing during customer interactions
    • Automated contextual knowledge for streamlining customer conversations by live agents.
