Our agenda will feature healthcare digital marketing and senior digital health leaders from both public and private sectors, offering multiple session formats including panel discussions, presentations, case studies, and more.
HCIC attendees would love to learn from you. Over the years, we have found that the best educational experiences come from a robust sharing of each other’s experiences, debating ideas and sharing solutions.
Receiving a Response
We receive hundreds of speaker submissions and our team takes time to review each and every submission. We aim to respond to all submissions within 8 to 10 weeks after the application closes, however, we appreciate your patience if it takes longer. We will respond to everyone.
Cancellation of Confirmed Speakers
We take confirmations seriously. If a confirmed speaker cancels at the last minute, we unfortunately will not be able to work with that individual for future events. We do understand emergencies happen and we will evaluate on a case by case basis.

- Keep the content purely educational—no product promotion
- When possible, include metrics and outcomes.
If accepted, you’ll be notified by May 2026. All speakers must register at the early rate of $395 or the late rate of $595.

After clicking on the link in the email that was sent to you, click> Log in button> enter first name, last name, and email address> click Next. You will receive an email providing a verification code. Copy and enter the verification code to the site and click> Verify. You will be unable to participate in the community, view your personal schedule, access your profile for messages, etc. if you do not sign in.
