This affidavit is executed to formally state and enforce the policy prohibiting any form of unauthorized audio or video recording at the Conference.

I commit to maintaining the professional standards of HCIC, avoiding language or humor that disrespects the dignity or equity of any individual or group. We will use a communication style that is inclusive and sensitive to differences in gender, race, age, religion, politics, and abilities, avoiding assumptions or generalizations.

Press present at HCIC (Healthcare Interactive Conference) are strictly prohibited from capturing any part of the Conference—including but not limited to presentations, panels, keynote addresses, discussions, and breakout sessions—via audio or video means without prior written consent from the Conference organizers.

This prohibition does not apply to:

• Official Conference media partners who have obtained written authorization.
• Conference organizers who are recording for internal purposes, approved documentation, or later distribution with consent from speakers.
• Presenters recording their own sessions with prior approval.

Enforcement:
Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the Conference premises, revocation of credentials, and potential legal action.
