At the Conference Options

Exhibitor Passport Tour ($500 to Participate, Vendors Provide the Prize) Sold Out

At registration, provider-based attendees receive an "Exhibit Hall Passport" in their HCIC Onsite Guide and Notepad. Providers are encouraged to visit each participating passport vendor on the exhibit hall floor, during exhibiting hours, to get their Passport signed and to be eligible for prize drawings at the conclusion of the conference. Each exhibitor who participates supplies a prize valued at approximately $200.00! Only participating exhibitors are listed on the Passport. (Limit 30 vendor participants)

Roundtable Facilitation (Free) Full

A free opportunity for exhibitors to serve as a facilitator at Tuesday’s roundtable networking luncheon. Lead the discussion on the latest trends on a pre-determined, mutually-agreed upon topical area of importance to the digital healthcare industry. A limited number of tables are available. These are opportunities for educational discussions, not sales pitches. (Limited availability)

Full-Page Ad or Half-Page Ad in the Onsite Guide ($900 and $550 respectively)

The Onsite Guide is given to all the attendees at HCIC. The full-page is already included in Platinum and Gold packages.

15-Minute Demo ($1,500)

Secure a demo spot in the online schedule to showcase your company’s services and products or to discuss hot topics with no other educational sessions running during that time. (The demo is a video recording placed in the schedule on the mobile app and a push notification will be sent prior to the scheduled time)
