10' x 10' booths are assigned based on a points system considering order timing, past participation, sponsorships, and more. Other booth sizes are available.

10'x10' Booth
- 8’ backdrop, 3’ side rails, a booth ID sign
- Two exhibitor staff badges with access to 70+ sessions and all networking events.
- A pre-and post-conference attendee list that can be used only once in our event emailing system, Event Sender.
- Mobile app that includes:
- Company description and logo
- Exhibitor collateral – documents, videos and links
- Have a booth chat with attendees
10'x10' Turnkey Booth
The turnkey option includes all standard 10' x 10' exhibitor package benefits, along with additional services to support setup and logistics. These include a customized 10' x 10' backdrop designed for the space, as well as shipping, material handling, and installation and removal of the exhibit. All turnkey elements are provided for use during the event and are not retained by the exhibitor after the show.
10'x10' Turnkey Booth + Furniture
The turnkey option with furniture includes all standard 10' x 10' exhibitor package benefits, along with additional services and furnishings to support booth setup and on-site needs. This option features a customized 10' x 10' backdrop designed for the space, as well as shipping, material handling, and installation and removal of the exhibit. It also includes basic booth furnishings: one 6' skirted table, two plastic contour chairs, and one wastebasket. All turnkey elements, including the backdrop and furnishings, are provided for use during the event and are not retained by the exhibitor after the show.
